Return and Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The period to cancel an order is 30 days from the date on which you received the merchandise or on which a third party that you have designated, other than the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement.

We will refund you no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned products. We will use the same payment method that you used for the order and you will not incur any charge for such refund.

Return conditions:

For products to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The goods were purchased in the last 30 days.

The products are in the original packaging.

The following products cannot be returned:

The supply of products manufactured to your specifications or clearly personalized.

The supply of goods that by their nature are not suitable for return, for example goods that deteriorate quickly or whose expiry date has expired.

The supply of goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been opened after delivery.

The supply of goods which, after delivery, depending on their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
